Welcome to Pluteo

By accessing or using Pluteo (the "Marketplace"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services.

1. About Pluteo

Pluteo Pty Ltd (ABN: 84 679 775 752) operates an online marketplace facilitating lease agreements between Stockists (landlords of retail space) and Tenants (product providers). Pluteo acts as a platform to enable these transactions but does not take ownership of any leased spaces or products.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Users must create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Both Stockists and Tenants must have a valid ABN and current Product and Public Liability Insurance.

The agreement of having the display available for sole use for the Tenant for the agreed time period of which the Stockist was paid to provide must be honoured.

Pluteo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in bad-faith use of the platform.

3. Payments & Fees

All payments for tenancy leases are made through the Platform. They are paid into the account of the administrator.

Stockists receive payments minus Pluteo’s commission upon providing proof (e.g., photos) of product placement.

Pluteo does not handle product sales; It does not invoice the Stockist for the sold goods. The Product owner advises in the initial agreement of the wholesale value of the goods they are entrusting the stockist with. The stockist will return the unsold products to the Owner or they will receive an invoice from the Product Owner for the value of the units that they sold or are not returning for whatever reason.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

Provide false or misleading information.

Attempt to conduct transactions outside of Pluteo’s platform.

Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.

Disrupt or manipulate the integrity of the Marketplace.

5. Dispute Resolution

Pluteo provides an internal dispute resolution system for conflicts between Stockists and Tenants.

Users must attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before escalating them to Pluteo’s administration.

Pluteo reserves the right to remove users who abuse the marketplace.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

Pluteo does not guarantee the success of any lease agreement or product sales.

Pluteo is not liable for any losses incurred due to transactions on the Marketplace.

Stockists and Tenants are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

7. Termination & Account Suspension

Pluteo may suspend or terminate an account if a user violates these Terms of Service.

Users may terminate their account by contacting shop@pluteo.com.au.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
